OF THE DEMO-crati- c committee of the Third Judicial district, held in Salt Lake City, Utah, on April 22, 1904, the chairman and sec retary were authorized and directed to issue the following call: A Democratic district convention of the Third Judicial district (comprising Salt Lake, Summit and Tooele counties), is hereby called to convene in Judge Stewarts court room, city and county building, Salt Lake City, Utah, on May 16, 1904, at 10 oclock a. m., for the purpose of nominating four judges and a district attorney for the Third Judicial district, to be voted for at the election to be held Nov. 8, 1904. The basis of representation, as fixed by the committee, is one delegate for 100 votes and one for each fraction over fifty cast at the election in 1900 for Judge W. C. Hall. This will give to Salt Lake county 133 delegates, to Summit county 17 delegates and to Tooele county 11 delegates. The several county committees are requested to call primaries in their several precincts to be held on Wednesday, May 11, 1904, to elect delegates to attend the said convention. A. C.
