Marchmont, the author of By Right of Sword. When Anthony Hope scaled the heights of fascinating absurdity with his impossible Prisoner of Zenda, it was not expected that Arthur Marchmont would so quickly follow with noisy literary shoes. Ralph Stuart, an actor new to Salt. Lake, made his melodramatic debut to Zion as Richard Hamilton In By Right of Sword. As a strenuous American in the Czar's dominions Stuart filled the role of Richard Hamilton with amply sufficient chicken breasted assurance and physical activity. If strict attempt had been made at realism he shoud have been followed through the streets of Moscow bv a hospital ambulance and the Red Cross society. Around the glittering point of his sword clustered large and Juicy bunches of applaue from the galleries. His heroic periods, statuesque poses and heated George Derr will perform some strenuous boxoffice stunts next Week, as the Salt Lake theatre is booked solid. Monday and Tuesday the operatic comedy.
