Show REGISTRATION REGULATIONS. .Those persons who must register before be-fore they will bo permitted to vote at the coming election should not forget that October 17 and 31. aro tho days. The rules for registration aro that C all' now residents, who aro entitled under the law to vote, shall register before they can vote. All persons who registered for tho special bond olec- I tlon, but who were not registered pre- i vlous to that registration, will have to register again. r All persons who were not regis tered last fall for tho presidential I election will have to register this fall j to be allowed to vote, y Persons who registered last fall, but have since moved to another district, dis-trict, may on any day before C' election day securo a transfer certlil-h certlil-h cato and have their names entered on tho registration list where they now reside.
