Notice is hereby given that Brig-ham Brig-ham Rees, whose postofficc address is Calder's Station, Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of Chapter Chap-ter 108, Session Laws of Utah, 1905, to appropriate six (6) cubic feet per second of the water from Mansfield Spring branch of Joidan River, Salt Lake County, Utah. A scries of dams will be maintained in the natural channel of said stream, the first of which is situated at a point which lies 734 feet south and 253 feet west of the west quailcr corner of Section 29, Township 1 south, Range 1 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The last of the series of dams is situated sit-uated at a point which lies 734 feet south and 8965 feet west from the corner above described. The ponds or runways created by the maintenance mainten-ance of these dams will be used from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive, inclu-sive, of each year, for fish culture purposes. pur-poses.
