ULE (1964-65- ) Salaries for bus drivers may be based on the following fac- tory: time spent enroute, num. of stops made, number of students hauled, and daily .mile, age. The basic salary will be $1,. 844.04 for 185 days. In calculating salaries based on the above factors each factor will be considered as follows: time factor, 80 percent of base salary; stops, 5 percent of base salary; students, 10 percent of base salary; dally mileage, 5 percent of base salary. The Index used on each factor to calculate salaries will be as follows: time 2 hours mln, lmum. 3 hours, 36 minutes max. lmum; stops, 30, students 60 minimum .96 maximum; mileage, 40. When the time factor used reaches sufficient length to yield a 1.40 (2 hrs. 48 mln.) index only the time factor will be used In calculation. Where the sum total of all factors employed does not yield the basic salary, said basic salary will then be in effect. When drivers miss regular runs to take a special trip for a school, $2.00 per run will be deducted. When drivers are absent for reasons other than those covered under the pol. icies of the Board, a full days basic pay will be deducted. His wife has been with him constantly and his sons, Larry, Paul and Cecil and their wives and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Howell have spent much time with him. His condition is reported as slightly improved. Mrs. Leon Conger and daughters, Karlene and Karen of Edmonds, Wash., arrived last week for a visit with Mrs. Conger's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Hoskins. Her sons, Gary and Teddy, have been here with National Park and Bryce Canyon and other points of interest in Southern Utah.
