Utah At the first meeting of the new board of directors Saturday, Mr. Ferre reported that 100 of all feed stock and 100 of all .the egg voting stock had been turned in, indicating approval from all voting members of both Dra per Egg Producers Associa tion and Draper Paultrymen, Inc., the feed company. Unanimous approval also was vot ed by the boards of directors of the three companies. Mr. Ferre pointed out that consolidation of farm cooperatives have become quite com mon, with dwindling farm population and increased size of individual farm operations.
