Show FIELDING By Florence Munson Mrs. Elwood Hess Completes Course In Am. Literature Hess returned home Thursday evening after taking a four day lecture course in American literature at the University of Utah. While in Salt Lake City she visited with two of her sisters, Mrs. Rex England and family and Mrs. Bion Tolman and family. She also visited with her brother Samuel Morgan and family at Kaysville. Weekend guests at the Elma Petersen home were Mrs. Marie Bywater and two daughters of Little Valley and Norman Petersen of Bountiful. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Rex Richards and family Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Nicholas of Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. Victor Petersen of Fillmore. Visiting with Carol Mifflin for the weekend was her brother, Bob Petersen of Hurley, Ida. and Thursday Wednesday guests at the W. M. Wetl'ng home were Mr. and Mrs. O. N. Lenon of Pocatello. Thev also visited with Mr. and Mrs. Rollin Thomas and family at Soda Springs. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Herman Lott and family Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Grant Hess and family of Cgden. Spending Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hess were Mrs. Mrs. Elwood ULTRA GENERAL Mildred Selman and Mrs. Fayne Capener annd baby of Ogden. Mrs. Elwood Hess was an overnight guest at the home of Mr .and Mrs. Percy Hess at Ogden Sunday. She also visited with Mrs. Arch Bronson and family. Mrs. Hazel Scott of Mesa, Ariz., is visiting for an indefinite period with her children, Mr. and Mrs. Don Scott and Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Scott and families. Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Earl and three sons, and Miss Bea Lott accompanied by Miss Linda Hoist of Salt Lake City spent the Fourth of July at Bear Lake. They returned home by way of Evanston, Wyo. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Secrist and family Wednesday were Mr. and Mrs. Nenl Secrist and three daughters of Bountiful. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Bourne and family and Dwane Jones spent the weekend at Yellowstone enjoying boating and fishing.
