Bishop Ariel Sorensen performed the ceremony. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Baddley of Brigham City. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Hawkes of Howell are the groom's parents. A reception honored the couple in the Willard Ward chapel. The bridal couple stood before a flower trimmed archway to greet their friends. New Mrs. Hawkes was lovely in a ballerina length gown of white bridal satin, with an over-skiof scalloped lace. The neck was trimmed with a stand-ucollar and the sleeves were scalloped to match the skirt. Her veil of illusion was lace trimmed and fell gracefully from a tiny crown. Nelson, formerly of Tremonton, has accepted a position as research engineer with Boeing Aircraft Co., in Seattle, Wash., effective upon his graduation from the University of Utah next month. Mr. Nelson's job acceptance was announced by Herald L. Carlston, director of placement at the university. He will do research in Boeing's physical research section at Seattle. .
