Among those from here who attended Primary Conference in Salt Lake City were Velda Harris, Maurine Gibbs, Joyce John, Flossie Knudson, Ha Mae John and Darene Roderick. Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Jones Jr., visited Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gibbs Allen. Mr. and Mrs. Chet Neal and family and Mrs. Doyle Cutler of Snowville visited at Idaho Fells Wednesday with John Neal of Tremonton who underwent an operation Tuesday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Gibbs and Mrs. Oren Parkinson were in ll Logan, Thursday Mr. and Mrs. who have spent in Los Angeles Wednesday. Mrs. Henry Sorenson and daughter, Betty Jean, of East Garland called on Mrs. Allen Thursday eve ning. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Rose and daughter Janice were dinner guests Easter Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Nessen, Tremonton. Mrs. Theo Coombs and children of Logan and Miss Nadine Hall visited over the weekend with Mrs. Vera Hall. Visits Son In Alabama Jack Conley who has spent the last two weeks at Ozark, Alabama with his son, Max Conley and family returned home. Mrs. Conley remained O.K. Chum... Accompanying couple to Utah was an exchange student from Madrid, Spain, who is spending the year at their home and attending Stanford University. Have Many Visitors Mr. and Mrs. Leon Strong have been busy the past week entertaining guests from far and near. Wednesday evening, Leon's brother, William Strong and three children of Sugar City, Ida., spent the night with them, and will return in about ten days. Mrs. Frances L. Allen left Monday for Orem, Utah where she will visit for the next two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Stewart and family. A group of girls and boys surprised Alan Nielsen on his 14th birthday Friday evening. A birthday supper was served after which games were enjoyed. Sunday dinner guests of the Reed Nielsens were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Thomas and boys Earl and Ross of Lava Hot Springs, Mrs. Lexie Thomas of Downey, Idaho and Mrs. Ruby Nielsen of Garland. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Gibbs and and grandchildren Margaret Knudsen and Nassie Moon visited Sunday at Clearfield with Mrs. Marilda Flint. Mrs. Bill Gibbs and daughters, Sharon and Carol Ann visited at Brigham, Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. C. A, Hall. Mr. Colorado with them. George is a Junior in Law. He and a colleague each won $50 worth of law books in a debate which took place before the Supreme Court in Denver. One of the Strongs sons, Kline and his wife Sue and their two children of Salt Lake City, spent the Easter vacation visiting with them. Kline is a practicing attorney. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hodges of Richmond were dinner guests Tuesday of Mrs. Hodge's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Stander. Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Ellis of Tooele spent the weekend with their daughter and family, Mrs. Mary E. Anderson. They also visited two of their other daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Stark of Bothwell and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Shaw of Thatcher. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Brown of Grantsville were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Mary E. Anderson. Mrs. Brown is Mrs. Anderson's niece. Leona H. Reese of Brigham City, Mrs. Minnie H. Nebeker of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Hal (Lydia) Cheney, Salt Lake City visited their mother, Mrs. Mary Holmgren, Saturday. ' Visit In Washington Lee Zinck, Leo Nelson and Lloyd Whitaker returned Friday evening from a trip to Moses Lv.ko, Wash. While there they were gursts of Mr. and Mrs. Artell Whitaker and Mr. and Lynn Whitaker. Dr. and Mrs. Cyril Fullmer and daughters Marilyn and Judy, Salt Lake City, visited Tuesday with Mrs. Fullmer's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy home. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Iverson motored to Clearfield, Sunday, where they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Howard McGavin. Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Hoken-se- n of Ogden visited their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Holmgren, Wednesday. The Hokensens also called on Mrs. Mary J. Holmgren. A2C David Smith of Air Base at Wendover, Utah, spent the weekend with Mr. and Ellis Dee Anderson. Mrs. Mae Anderson was gracious hostess to her club Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Winnie Jensen visited her mother, Mrs. Emma Paice, in Ogden, Monday.
