Show Farmers to Hold Policy Development Meetings In County Next Week Many of the questions in the minds of the farmers of y may be answered when they get together in the Farm Bureau Policy Development meetings scheduled for nert week. Some of the questions which may be discussed are: What is wrong with our farm policy? Why is the price squeeze on the farmers when all other types of business enjoy prosperity? Are we going to conliruie to be an economic as well as a political problem to the country? Officers of the Farm Bureau feel the answers to these and other pertinent questions will be found in meeting and offering suggestions. The communities of this area have been divided for the meet mgs as follows, all are set for 7:30 p.m. Fielding, Plymouth, Portage and Riverside will meet at the Fielding ward Wednes day, Nov. 9. Elwood and Dewey ville farmers are invited to meet ai Elwood ward hall,, Thursday, Nov. 10. """v Funeral services for Jedediah Bud) L. Earl. 70. who died Sunday morning after a ten Week's illness, were corfducted Wednesday morning in the Fielding ward chapel. Bishop Rosel Zundel conducted the service at 10 a.m. in the ward chapel. Mr. Earl was born in Aoril 27. 1885. a son of Jedediah and Eugenia E. Leonard Earl. The family moved to Fielding when he was a child. They lived in Collinston eight years prior to moving to Park er, Ida., in 1929. He married Margaret Rice, April 18, 1906 in the Salt Lake Temple. ' He filled a mission to the Central States in 1906 and 1907 An active church worker, he was a teacher in both the Park er and Fielding wards, and was stake recreation director in the Yellowstone Stake. He was a seventy in the Fielding ward at the time of his death. Mr. Earl also served on the town board of Parker and held the same position in Fielding. Mrs. Earl died Sept. 21, 1927 in Parker. Surviving are the following sons and daughters, Mrs. Rudy (Lulu) Bowcutt, Garland; Lemuel R. Earl, Mendon; Mrs. Harry (Janice) Gough, Atherton, Cal.; Mrs. Robert (Noreen) Turner, Arlington, W. Va.; and Gerald Emerson Earl, Fielding; also 20 and 2 great grandchildren 1 brother and 1 grandchildren, sister, Mrs. L. R. Jenkins, St. Anthony, Ida., and E. M. Earl, Bountiful. A short funeral was held in the Parker ward Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 and burial was in the Parker Cemetery by Rogers Mortuary.
