Miss Charlene Bronson, student at the BYU, spent the week- end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Bronson. New Granddaughter Mr. and Mrs. Golden Andrea-so- n received word that their son Reed has been advanced to the rank of Corporal. Reed is with the Air Force in Northern Japan and has just completed a six "weeks course in crane and shovel operation. Mr. and Mrs. Reginald were in Salt Lake City last Tuesday for the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. David Johnson, parents of Mrs. Hunsaker. Bob Evans, of Malad, Ida., visited several days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Fridal. Bob just returned from Lexington, Kentucky, where he has been working for several months. Mrs. Hattie I. Hansen of Salt Lake City spent several days visiting her sister, Mrs. Mary Mortensen and daughter Ethel. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Vander. Hun-sak- er Fridal Mr. and Mrs. Walter are happy over the safe arrival of a new granddaughter born to Mr. and Mrs. Richard OKeef of Chicago, I1L Mrs. Fridal is in Chicago looking after little Richard O Keefe. Mrs. Wilma Fridal was in Malad, Ida., one day last week. Mrs. Golden Andreason and Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Andreason of Bear River City left Sunday for Lakeview, Ore. They will be at the home of the Raymond Andreason, Phelps. Carolyn who has been attending school at Lakeview will return home with them. Mrs. May Bronson is spending some time in Ogden at the home of Mrs. Sally Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Buchanan and two small sons of Salt Lake City spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Buchanan. The committee thank everyone for their support and contributions. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Hansen and children of Salt Lake City visited last Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Hansen. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Miller and Blaine have been vacationing in California. Mr. and Mrs. Mart Hunsaker are staying at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Alice Moriarty in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Erie Compton are at home after going to Flint, Mich., to pick up a new car. They drove home .through Missouri and on to Arizona. Sunday guests of the Comptons included Mr. and Mrs.. Dean Compton and daughter of Brig-haCity and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Compton and family of Thatcher. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Hunsaker and family were Salt Lake City visitors Sunday. Thursday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Hunsaker entertained at a dinner party for seven couples. The evening was spent playing games. Weekend guests of Mrs. Josephine Nelson included Mr. and Mrs. George Hewitt and family of Clearfield and Miss Verline Nelson of Salt Lake City. Verline and Mrs. Hewitt, Elvina, are Mrs. Nelsons daughters. Mr. and Mrs. Albert L. Smith were guests of Marcel Palmer of Salt Lake City at the Wool Growers banquet Thursday at Hotel Utah in Salt Lake City. Miss Joan Jensen, student at the B.Y.U., Provo, spent the weekend at home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orsen Jensen. This was a busy week for Mr. and Mrs. Preston Petersen and family. They visited in Salt Lake City Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Palmer and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Jensen. They were Ogden visitors Saturday, and Sunday they were accompanied by Mrs. William (Beth- - Petersen and children to Virginia, Ida., where they visited with the ladies' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Steed. On Leave Darrel Stokes is spending a few days qt home on leave from the armed forces. He is in training at Fort Ord and expects to return to California this week.
