The program consisted of a demonstration on pressing and selection of clothing material by Miss Bessie Hansen of Brigham. Ac- cordian-Soloby Miss JoAnn Brockman of Tremonton were enjoyed. Luncheon was served by the hostess assisted by her daughter, Mae. Spcial guests were Mrs. Nancy Leavitt and Mrs. Delphia Rudd. The next meeting will be held at the home of Mrs. Donnetta Petersen on April 15th. Mr. and Mrs. Owen J Jones and small daughter, Kellie, of Logan were dinner guests at the home of Mr. Jones' parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Jones Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Rollin Thomas and two boys of Soda Springs, Ida., visited with Mrs. Thomas' parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Mason and family Saturday'. Mrs. Lois Davis and twin sons left this week for their home at Salem, Oregon after spending the past five weeks with Mrs. Davis' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Afton Adams and family. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Secrist Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Neil Secrist and baby of Bountiful and Mr and Mrs Lem Bailey and family of Pocatello. Progress Guild The Future Progress Cfuild entertained their husbands at s their Annual Birthday Party held at the Garland Cafe Thursday evening. Mrs. Elsie Welling, Mrs. Margie Skinner, Mrs. Row-an- e Roundy and Mrs. Lola Coombs were the hostesses. Bingo and other games were played under the direction of Mrs. Bonnie Garn and Mrs. Barbara Udy. Mr. and Mrs. Parley Petersen visited with Mr. Petersen's mother, Mrs. Axel Petersen at the Cooley Hospital in Brigham Thursday evening. Mrs. Petersen is recovering from an operation. Mrs. Uarda Larkin and Mrs. Marie Berky and Mrs. Duane Larkin and family of Snowville visited with Mr. and Mrs. Dan Garn Monday. Sunday guests at the E. C. Mason home were Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Voorhies and family and Mrs. Hammer of Clearfield. Attend Conference Mrs. Ina Udy and Mrs. Effie Potter spent Friday and Saturday at Salt Lake City attending Primary Conference. Mrs. Udy also visited with her son, and with another son, Jay and family. Mrs. Luella Drollette and Wedof family Brigham spent nesday visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Garn. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Udy spent Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Godfrey at Clarkston. Effie Johnson attended funeral services for her Uncle John Toolson at Smithfield last week. Dr. and Mrs. Grant Gil Smith of Pullman, Wash., have been visiting with Mr. Smith's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Smith. Mrs. Smith accompanied them to Salt Lake City during the weekend where they attended conference. Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Munson were Mr. and Mrs. David Allen and family of Ogden. Mrs. Keith Moss and children Micheal and Janie, spent Monday at Malad visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Earl J. Thomas and family who have arrived from Red Bluff, Calif., for a visit. Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Moss' brother has been assigned as assistant to the State Land Director and they will leave for Washington, D. C. soon to make their home. On Tuesday Mrs. Moss attended a party in compliment to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas at Malad. Mr. and Mrs. Verl Udy visited with Mr. Udy's father, Ed Udy, at the L.D.S. Hospital at Logan Sunday. Relief Society Meets Mrs. Dorothy Burton, Relief Society President, announces that the regular Teachers Topic and Theology lesson will be given at Relief Society next Tuesday. Mrs. Emily Ashby will give the lesson. Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Burton spent the weekend attending conference at Salt Lake City. Their daughters Larene, Cordelia, Mary, and Carolyn remained with their grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Sjoblom at Farm-ingtoMrs. Burton also spent Monday at Salt Lake City. Mrs. Delphia Rudd and children of Monticello have been spending several days with Mr. and Mrs. Clark Rudd.
