A group of ladies met at a recently organized Birthday Club on Friday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Ruth Holman, whose birthday was the most recent. Mrs. Jasper Shaffer sent her a beautifully decorated birthday cake. The afternoon was spent doing handwork and playing games. Delicious refreshments were served by the members from the West street. The Relief Society officers met at the home of Mrs. Leah Oyler Tuesday afternoon in their regular monthly preparation meeting.
