Mrs. Tait arrived Monday from San Francisco. on the Cub River in Idaho. This is a happy three days for Flats most, and a change from the monotony of summer. John enjoyed a reunion with their family at their home here. Eight of their twelve children and their families were in attendance which made a total of 65. They enjoyed dinner, a program and a social afternoon together. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Parkinson and family of Roy, visited with Leon's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oran Parkinson Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Al Gunderson and family of Idaho Falls visited Monday with Mr. and Mrs. John F. Conley and other relatives. FAMILY GATHERS TOGETHER The family of Mr. and Mrs. Glen (Bob) Udy have been spending several days at home. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Udy and children and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Fuhriman and children of Canada, Mr. and Mrs. Jr. Cothren and children, Salt Lake, were home together the first time in ten years. There were 17 present including 2 boys at home and Mr. and Mrs. Udy. They all spent Monday in Salt Lake. The Richard Udys and Paul Fuhrimans are going back to Canada Wednesday P.M. Miss LaNae Thomas returned home Saturday night from Squaw Valley, Calif, with the cheerleaders and their leader of BRHS. They were gone ten days. We made Banana Nut Loaf and Banana Milk Shake. While the loaf was baking we played catagories and made so much noise that it fell, but it tasted pretty good after all. Meeting was adjourned at 4 p.m. Reporter Elda Fuller. SEW (1 GATHERING GERDIES The gathering Gerdies met at the home of Susan Roberts. After the meeting, the members and their leaders went to town to buy patterns for their beach robes. When they returned light refreshments were served. Reporter, Dobra Thomas SEWS Miss Cynthia Gardner was hostess to members of the "Sew - Sews" at her home, Tuesday afternoon. Mary Mar- ble, president, was in charge of the meeting. The young ladies prepared to begin work on their articles of clothing for their fourth phase of sewing. Cynthia served refreshments to the group and the closing prayer was given by Sue Thayne. The officers were elected as follows: Pres., Sharyle Udy; vice president, Nancy Cornwall; secretary - treasurer, Deanna Hales; reporter. Carol Macfarlane; song leader, Judy Macfarlane. Other members: Andersen. Eleanor Capener, Annette Macfarlane. We decided to have each of us give a demonstration for our lessons each week. The next meeting will be held at Sharyle L'dy's house at 2:30 on Thursday.
