Show Tremonton. Utah THE LEADER. DEWEYVILLE Grace Warnke Friendly Circle Club Meets The Friendly Circle Club met Thursday evening at the home, of Mrs. Norma Haycock. Assisting hostesses were Elsie Heusser anl Alene Fryer. Luncheon was served and the evening spent in sewing and visiting. Special guests were Veda Peterson and Lydia Hess of Brigham City. Mrs. Thomas L. Wheatley attended a Golden Wedding reception last week in Salt Lake City in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Yates. Mrs. Yates is a sister of Mrs. Wheatley, Five sisters greeted the guests at the door, among whom were Mrs. Wheatley; Mrs. Afton May of Brigham City; Mrs. Ida Norton, Modesto, California; Mrs. Jennie Norton, San Benardino, California and Mrs. Linnie Seagars of Turlock, California, the evening was spent in a program and dancing. Music furnished by "Sha handles th cart when rhair Batteries ara low " the. grandmothers orchestra of whom Mrs. Yates is a member. Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Talbot of Ogden were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Warnke. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Leise of American Falls, Idaho were Sunday overnight guets of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Hansen and Mr. and Mrs. Warren Haycock. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hyatt and VACATION IN THE PARK Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Fryer were Yellowstone Park visitors last week. They visited enroute with Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Jorgcn-seand family at Rigby, Idaho and on the return trip they were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Evan Sorenson at Preston, Jdaho. Weekend guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Johnson were Mrs. David Jensen and son Max of Montpelier, Idaho, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hoskins and daughter, Kathy, of Roy. Mr. Jensen spent Sunday with them Porter and Val Heusser spent a few days last week with their grandmother, Mrs. J, P. Barnard at Brigham City. Thursday afternoon, Mrs. Win. ford Barrus and son Melvin visited in Logan with Mr. and Mrs. Neil Barrus. Mr. and Mrs. Duett Loveland and son Gary, and their granddaughter, Judy Loveland of Brigham City, were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Ault. Mr. and Mrs. Thane Bower vacationed in California this past week. Their children stay, ed at Preston, Idaho, with their grandparents. The and Tracy Wheatley spent a few days this week visiting relatives at Idaho Falls, Idaho. MARBLE FAMILY The Marble family reunion was held Saturday at Crystal Springs. A large crowd was in attendance with family members coming from all over Utah, Idaho and some from California. The days activities were under the direction of President Frank Marble; Vice President Bert Marble and Secretary LaVenna Packer a new organization was effected with Bert Marble being chosen as President and Sterling Martin as Vice President. Mrs. Sarah Stewart of St. Anthony, Idaho, was a weekend guest at the home of her brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Marble. Mr. and Mrs. Charley Peterson and daughter Gay were in Salt Lake City Friday. In the evening they attended graduation exercises at the University of Utah. Jerry Peterson was one of the graduates. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, and is leaving this week to iake a position with Proctor and Gamble at Long Beach, California. Thomas L. Wheatley was in Ogden Tuesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dewey of Ogden were Saturday after, noon visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Heusser, and on Sunday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Nish of Plymouth visited with them. Mrs. R. W. Warnke. accompanied by Mrs. M. A. Talbot of Ogden and Mrs. L. L. Hall of St. Joseph, Missouri, spent Friday sightseeing in Salt Lake City. They visited during the evening with Mr. and Mrs. Arthur W. Hunter and family. The family spent the weekend at Bear Lake. Mrs. Winford Barrus and son Melvin were Ogden visitors Wednesday.
