Sunday s program will begin with the All Age stake beginning at 8 a.m. and progress through the Gun Dog class, later in the day. Outstanding field trial dogs from Utah, Idaho and California are expected to compete. This trial will be run on what is known as a plan, under which all dogs are run in braces of two over the same pheasgrounds with ants released on the course between braces. This makes a desirable arrangement from the spectator standpoint, since most of the action can be observed from one point. In addition horses will be available at a moderate rental fee for those who wish to follow the action in the field.
