BURKE PETERSEN Young Couple Honored At Reception Following Temple Ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Burke Petersen were honored at a reception in the Garland ward hall following their marriage which was solemnized in the Logan Temple, November 26. A wedding breakfast was given members of the wedding party at the Bluebird in Logan by the parents of the bridegroom. The popular young couple are graduates of Bear River . high school. Mr. Petersen attended U.S.A.C. and is affiliated with ' Sigma Chi. The bride is the former Miss Yvohne Hess, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hess of Garland, and the groom is the son 41 Mr. and Mrs. Leeland Petersen of Tremonton. The bride was lovely in a gown of silk nvlon net and lace over taffeta. Her finger tip veil of sheer net and lace was caught to a band of lace and was ac. - centuated by tiny seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white carnations encircling an orchid. Her attendants: Miss Marline King, Miss Joan Carter, Miss La Ree Rhodes, Miss Carol Coombs and Miss Coleen Boss, wore identical models in fall shades of copper and bronze.
