Mr. and Mrs. Ira Jackman and family of Midvale and Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Voorhies and family of Celarfield, have been spending several days with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Mason and family. Miss Linda Goodsell of Newton, has been spending this week with her grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Sutherland and family. Mrs. Frank Williamson and daughter of Baltimore, Md., left Saturday to return to their home after spending a week with Mr. and Mrs. Afton Adams and family. While they were here Miss Elaine Adams and De Vere Adams accompanied them to Yellowstone Park for a few days. Mrs. Wayne Secrist spent Friday at Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. C. O. Hendricks visited with their children, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Florence MRS. Cannon and family at Rupert, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Smith attended funeral services for their brother, Willard R. Smith at Malad, Wednesday. Mr. Smith was one of the early settlers in our valley and one of the first men who settled in Fielding. Mr. and Mrs. Alvln Hess and daughter, and S. E. White of Logan, Don Rogers of Marsh Field Air base at Riverside, California, and Mrs. Hazel Rogers of Garland, visited with Mrs. James H. Hess last week. Lt. and Mrs. Robert Turner and two sons have returned to their home at San Diego, California, after a pleasant visit wtih their father, J. L. Earl and other relatives in the valley.
