JENSEN REACHES EIGHTIETH BIRTHDAY June 28th marked the birthday anniversary of James P. Jensen, who was eighty years young on that day. His family, which included Mrs. Nita J. Morte risen and daughter Marilyn of Sugar City, Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Funk and family of Richmond Utah, Mr. and Mrs, Lincoln Jensen, Mr. and Mrs. Terrance Westley and family of Brigham City and Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Jensen of Promontory were all present and enjoyed birthday dinner with him. In the afternoon, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Jensen, Mr .and Mrs. Henry Hansen and Miss Denae Chris tensen called to wish him well. He also received many cards and letters for the occasion. In the evening the Promenad-er- s staged a grand surprise for Mr. Jensen at Harper Ward. It was staged in the big red barn of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Deem. A lovely birthday cake was pres- Mrs. Cornelia Oephart of Sacramento, California, who has been visiting in Tremonton for the past two weeks left for her home accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gephart.
