Show I Friday, July 27, 1962 The Tooele Transcript WENDOVER by LUCY NAYLOR RETURNS HOME Mrs. Darkne Case, son Ronny and dairhter D:ms. to their home in Salt Lake City on Friday, after spending the weekend in Wendover, visiting with her sister, Mrs. Walter Parks IN IDAHO Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Poulsen and daughters, Kay, Annette, Wendy and Becky enjoyed a four Rex-buday vacation in Idaho. In they visited with Lynns brother, Earl Poulsen and a sister Stella Shall. They also attended a Poulsen reunion, and spent the rest of the time touring Yellowstone Park. VACATION rg WENDOVER VACATION TO CALIFORNIA Chuck and Erma Palmer and their three children, left early Saturday morning, by car, for a two week vacation trip to the west coast. They will spend part of the time visiting around San Francisco, the rest of the time will be spent down Los Angeles way. The program consisted of dancing, singing and poems, and it was a proud group of young who entertained an children equally proud group of parents. The Schumakers have been living in Florida for the r past two years, where Mr. was stationed in the Air Force. He will leave for Germany on August 9, for another tour of duty. His family will join him later. Brown, former Tooele-aand brother of Mrs. Evelyn Lassen and Roy Brown, of this city, died July 19th, of a heart attack, while vacationing in Yellowstone National Park. MR. BROWN HAD resided in New York City for the past 40 years. He was bom in Sandy in 1892, a son of Gomer and Anna Littleford Brown and was married to Martha Shields. She died when her daughter Leona Brown Buckingham was born, and he later married again. He attended Tooele schools and served in the Navy during World War I. Surviving are his widow, Vera, of New York, his daughter, Mrs. Buckingham, of California, and four grandchildren. ALSO SURVIVING are the following brothers and sisters, Wallace Brown and May Gusta-veso'Salt Lake City, Evelyn Lassen and Roy Brown, Tooele.
