The program will consist of a presentation entitled "Visions of the Ancestors, a program about Utah rock art and the early Native Americans who created it. Beginning at 7 p.m., the event is free and open to the public. Deborah Marcus and John have been engaged in the research and photo documentation of Native American rock art since 1977 when they received a rock art research grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities. They approach prehistoric and historic rock art from an archeological as well as an artistic perspective. They contend that when rock art is studied in its cultural context, it can reveal much about the beliefs and values of its creators. slide-soun- d No-xo- n For health insurance to help pay hospital and surgical bills, check with State Farm.
