There will be displays and information including: food, canning, drying, dehydrating, many uses of beans, wheat and sprouting. The importance of physical fitness and demonstration of exer cise equipment; relocation in the event of emergency; safety and budget information from many utility companies; eye care techniques, taking blood pressure and blood typing will be done; facts on dealing with emotional stress for self and family; the importance of spiritual preparedness.
