FIFTH BROAD- AND SEVENTH STREET IN TOOELE CITY. UTAH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TOOELE sm CITY. UTAH: WHEREAS, that portion of a 10 ic!ni,y of Street which rum East and West between Broad way Avenue and 7th Street in Tooele City. Utah, hat been abandoned at a public street; and It it deemed in WHEREAS. the public interest to formally vacate taid portion of said street for the purpose of insuring that the streets of Valley Terrace Subdivision of Tooele City. Utah, confoi m to and compliment the streets as previously platted and approved in Progress Village Subdivision and to conform to the provisions of Tooele City Ordinance No. 63-and title 10, Chapter WHEREAS, 8, Section 8, Utah Code Annotated. I9S3, as amended, the City of Tooele with the power to so vacate by ordinance. NOW. THEREFORE, in of the premises and for the puipose of and to provide for the safety, promote prosperity, improve the good order, comfort and convenience of the present and future inhabw tants of Tooele City, Utah, and pursuant to the power and authority vested in the City Council of Tooele City, Utah, it is hereby provided as follows: Section I.
