Show DUI, RX mislabeling, and unsafe un-safe lane travel. On July 7 a complainant, who is employed by Walmart, reported a vehicle burglary at Walmart. On July 8 a residence was vandalized by several unknown people. The reporting party, while driving around, thought they had located a possible suspect. sus-pect. However, during the investigation in-vestigation it was found to not be the individuals. Officers will continue the investigation. On July 2 an officer observed ob-served a vehicle in the parking lot of the Lindon City Park after park curfew. The officer made contact with a male and female. One male was arrested and transported to the Utah County Jail. On July 3 an officer responded re-sponded to a delayed report of criminal mischief. The officer arrived and found someone had placed a firework inside their mailbox. Portions of the junk mail inside the mailbox received re-ceived burn damage but no major ma-jor damage. No other reports of this type of problem have been reported and this appears to be an isolated incident. An off-duty officer stopped a vehicle for a violation. During Dur-ing a K-9 search of the vehicle, items of contraband were located. locat-ed. During a search of parties that were in the vehicle, several other items of contraband were located and seized. Three suspects sus-pects were cited and released. On July 5 a report was made by an unknown individual who damaged a windshield of a vehicle with a rock. This report was delayed from July 1 , 2010. On July 6 police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for unsafe lane travel. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for |
