Show District Court Orders Sale Of Automobile Judge Edward Sheya was in Moab Tuesday and heard one case that was originally set for Wednesday. Wednes-day. A second case, the. State of Utah versus Robert Rob-ert Richaird Scott, on a charge of selling drugs, upon good cause shown, the case was continued for trial at an early date to be set within the next week. In the State versus a 1964 Buick, testimony was entered by Sgt. Ralph Benson of the Utah Highway High-way Patrol, to the effect that this car was used in the transportation of narcotic nar-cotic drugs, to wit: Marijuana Mari-juana and other drugs were also found in the car. Proper notification had been given to the owner own-er of the automobile and upon her failure to appear or to file any answer denying deny-ing that the car had been used to transport drugs, the court ordered the automobile au-tomobile forfeited to the State of Utah as such cases cas-es have been made and provided. |
