Show Services Set Thursday for George Branson Funeral services will be held in Mountain Home, Idaho, Thursday for George Geo-rge Albert Branson, 83, who passed away there Monday. Mr. Branson was an early-day Moabite. He work-in work-in the La Sal Mountain " and Monticello areas for i number of years with his father, T. W. Branson, who served1 several terms as Grand County Commissioner. Commission-er. Mr. Branson was born April 22, 1884, in Rio Grande, Colorado, to Thorn as W. and Mary Boyd Bran . son. Both are deceased. He married Gillia Stocks in Moab on July 31, 1914; she survives. In 1920 the couple cou-ple moved to Mountain Home, Idaho, where they have since resided. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary there in 1964. Other survivers include two daughters, Ruby Bron-' Bron-' son, of Monticello, and Lena Le-na Forbes, of Mountain Home. Also 9 grandchildren. grandchild-ren. A nephew, Pudge Ray, lives in Moab. Several friends and relatives rel-atives from Moab planned to attend the funeral services ser-vices Thursday. |
