' . 11 t Mr .mid Mrs. Terry Lee Carrull Garden Wedding Unites Couple Here Sept. 16 A beautiful Fall evening was the setting for the Sept. 16 garden wedding at Hie N. S. Christ enson home of Terry Lee Carroll and Violet Marie Thunnun. The bride was given in marriage by her father, Tom Thurman. Tlic bride wore a wedding gown of white satin witJi a long train. The bodice was delicately accented with tiny seed pearls. Her veil was a lovely fingertip illusion illus-ion and she carried a bridal bouquet of lavendar carnations carna-tions and white baby's breath. The groom chose Doug Carroll as his best man; Ronnie Ron-nie Carroll and Bill Thurman served as ushers. Serving the bride as matron mat-ron of honor was Barbara Thurman with Linda Swen-son Swen-son as bridesmaid and Tom-mie Tom-mie Jean Thurman as junior bridesmaid. The matron of honor and bridesmaids wore long empire dresses of lavendar lav-endar and pink printed crepe wiUi purple ribbon . trim. They carried little nosegays of lavendar carnations. A, reception immediately followed the ceremony in the upper garden where the bride's brid-e's colors of lavendar and white were again carried out. The tables were beautifully decorated with white candles and lavendar roses as cen-terpieces. cen-terpieces. A four tier cake graced the Center table. Baby mint favors in lavendar netting net-ting and punch were also Served. The guest book was attend, ed by Saljy Bronson and Kay Nelson played the ogan. Janet Lander and Janeen Olerange Served refreshments. Out of town guests includ- ed Mr. and Mrs. Jim Carroll, Freemont, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. William Nelson, Provo; Mr and Mrs Ron Day, Bountiful; Boun-tiful; Mr and Mrs. Tom Thurman and family, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dalpaiz and son and Mrs. Sylvia Sillitoe and daughters. dau-ghters. The couple left for a short honeymoon en route to Freemont, Free-mont, Calif., where they plan to make their home whITe Terry finishes his education. |
