The program will discuss native American cultures and their rock art in Southeastern Utah. A lovely buffet dinner was served by the restaurant. Hughes, Parlimentarian; Janice Lund, State Ways and Means ' Join Ducks Unlimiied Member and this year the chapter chose Koie Howland as their Outstanding Member. She was honored with a brief account of her years in Green River and Beta Zeta by Awards Chairman, Judy Ann Chairman, all of Salt Lake City area; and Bobbie Long former Utah State President and Betty Dravage former State Corresponding Secretary of Alpha Rho Chapter in Moab. Other honored guests for the evening were the Honorable Mayor of Green River, Blaine Silliman, and inactive members of Beta Zeta, Frankie Coomer and Dixie Thayn. The evening began with President Cathy Gardner welcoming everyone and giving her Founders Day Message, followed by the reading of a Proclamation by Norma Dean Hawkinson, declaring May 1st as Founders Day for Epsilon Sigma Alpha and the official signing by Mayor Silliman.
