Show MOAB DIES patrick william holohan oil well driller who was well known at moab died last sunday at the home of his daughter mrs march gahagan at st george funeral services were held monday in the stake tabernacle at place burial being at st george mr holohan worked for several years as a driller at moab he was employed by the big six oil company at the well drilled near moab later during the oil activities the years ago he was employed in drilling a well on indian creek he spent much of his life in the virgin oil fields near st george and had charge of drilling more wells there than any other man he was bom may J 1865 in kentucky where he spent his early life he went to st george in 1907 surviving children are routt holohan and mrs march gahagan st george mrs ruth flogaus and glen holohan glenwood springs colo two sisters mrs kate bloom and mrs sebastian los angeles |
