The men are among the first, to be assigned to this installation for training under the TRAPP (Train and Retain Army's as Permanent Party) program. They have been given duty assignments as clerks in the bachelors and visiting officers' quarters. PVT Stryczek is the son of Mr. Stanley Stryczek, Chicago, Illinois, who is a recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor. PFC Eddie Burton, PFC James Pruitt, PFC Donald Johnson and PFC Stanley Stryczek are among the first men to be assigned to Dugway Proving Ground under the Army's new TRAPP program. All of the men are now working as clerks in the bachelor and visiting officers' quarters. Deductions For Medicare Costs An increase in Social Security payroll deductions to 4.4 percent from 42 per cent of taxable income began January 1.
