Wilma Stewart gave an interesting lesson on "Outdoor Living " Draw ing for a quilt made by the members as a fund raising project saw June Heiser as the winner. Add water, bouillon cubes, salt, lemon peel and potatoes. Cover;- bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are nearly tender. Add spinach; cover and cook 5 additional minutes. Puree in a blender or sieve mixture. Stir in milk, lemon juice and sour cream. Cover and chill several hours before serving. To serve: Ladle into chilled bowls and garnish with dollop of sour cream and lemon peel.
