Superintendent T. 11. Bell expressed elation at the outcome o f the election, stating that it "passed far beyond our expectations " Mr. Bell wishes to voice his heartfelt gratitude to the various PTA and all the civic organizations groups who supported the measure declaring that they "did a tremendous job.
