Roosevelt School A 7 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election will be held in Weber County Sahool District, Weber County, State of Utah, on the 24th day of September, 1957, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters who have paid a property tax within said District, during the year next preceding such election, the following question, to-wl- Shall the Board of Education of Weber County School District, Weber County, State of Utah, be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the District in the amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000) in denominations of One Thousand Dollars $(1,000.CK)) each, numbered one (1) to two thousand five hundred (2,500), both inclusive, the bonds to bear interest at a rate of not to exceed 4 per annum and to mature in numerical order, Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) in 1950, Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) in 1960, Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) in 1961, Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000) in 1962, Ninety Five Thousand Dollars $(95,000) in 1963, One Hundred Thousand Dollars $100,000) in 1964, One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000) in 1965, One Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($190,00) in 1966, Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) in 1967, Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($220,000) in 1968, Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000) in 1969, Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($240,000) in 1970, Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) in 1971, Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($260,000) in 1972, and Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($270,000) in 1973, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sltee, for building or purchasing one of more school houses and supplying the same with furniture and necessary apparatus, and for improving the grounds. No person shall be permitted to vote at said elocUon unless he shall be a registered voter residing In the School Representative Precinct in which he offers to vote and shall have paid a property tax In said School District during the year next preceding such election.
