Following this, Earl Hanson, chairman of the Mount Ogden Dis triet and representing the National Council, presented Delane Bybee with a citation for the heroism displayed when he saved the lives of Johnny and Billy Price. Following the scouts court of honor, a speech festival was pre se it ted by the MIA.
