Jerry Crouch President Dale Schimmelpfennig Ogden City, Utah May 17, 1972 The Board of Education of Weber County School District, Weber County, Utah met in regular session on May 17, 1972 at its office at 1122 Washington Boulevard in Ogden City, Utah, at 5:00 oclock P.M., due legal and timely notice of said meeting having been given to all members as required ay law and the rules of the board. The meeting was called to order by the President. On roll call, the following members, constituting a quo- rum, were present: President Jerry Crouch Vice President Henry Matis Member John Van A. Drim-mele- n Member Rulon D. Chugg Member Eldred Ericksen There were also present Dale Schimmelpfennig, Clerk, and William R. Boren, Superintendent. After cond"ct of other business the following resolution was introduced in written form by Dale Schimmelpfennig, was read in full and pursuant to motion mace by Rulon D. Chugg, and seconded by Henry A. Matis, was adopted by the following vote: Aye: Jerry Crouch, Henry A. Matis, John Van Drimmelen, Rulon D. Chugg, Eldred Ericksen. Nay: None. The signed resolution was then the President and attested by the Clerk and the seal of the board was impressed thereon. The resolution is as follows: by A RESOLUTION author- izing the advertisement for sale of $1,000,000 School Building Bonds, Series July 1, 1972 of the Board of Education of Weber County School District, Weber County, Utah. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Weber County School District, Weber County, Utah, as follows: Section 1. That $1,000,000 of the $2,900,000 bonds author-zle- d at an election held in Weber County School District on January 26, 1971, shall be sold as herein directed. Section 2. That sealed bids shall be received for the purchase of said bonds, and that said bids shall be opened in public session of the board on June 7, 1972, at 6:00 oclock P.M., at the office of the Board of Education at 1122 Washington Boulevard in Ogden City, Utah. Section 3. That the Clerk shall cause a notice of sale in substantially the following form to be published one time in The Daily Bond Buyer, a newspaper published in New York, New York, said publication to be made not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of said sale. That this resolution shall be published one time in the Roy Sun Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation in Weber County School District, and for a period of thirty (30) days after such publication any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of this resolution or of the bonds hereby authorized or any provisions made for the security and payment of such bonds. After such time no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality of this resolution or the bonds herein authorized for any cause ever. Section 10.
