Joyce Sparrow stake sports director presented certificates to two groups of girls of the ward Sunday evening. The beehive group ages 12 to 13 were volley ball champions of the stake. Those on the team were Nancy Draper, Charlene Larsen, Kerrie Petersn, Bonnie Clarice Eldredge, Burgman, Nanette Chase, Shirley Clontz, Karl Ann Eppley, Joan Orton, Jean Orton, Faye Patterson, Carol Perkins, Connie Smith, Mary Smith, anice John and Carson Walker. The junior girls won an award for the highest participation in the stake. The sports director is Sandra SECOND WARD Fireside was held at the Frank J. Simmons home Sunday evening. Harry Crawford was ordained a teacher Sunday and J. M. Harris was ordained a deacon. Congratulations go out to the girls volleyball team for winning the stake trophy. Katie Field was the girls coach.
