The program is under the direction of Jay Child and Mrs. Dorothy Nelson, ward MIA activity leaders. Lake View Ward, Nov. 18, 7:30 p.m. Under supervision of Dennis Wheelwright and Mrs. Donna Bryson, MIA activity counselors. Jean Davis drama; Mrs. Afton Meldrum, music and Marilyn Palley, speech director. The production of Praise Ye the Lord will take the place of the annual Roadshow for this year. The public is invited. The West Point Elders Quorum turkey shoot at the West Point Elementary School grounds on Saturday at 10 a.m. Prizes will be turkeys, hams and candy for the sharpshooters. Brown, Garden Club Elects New Officers The Roy Gardenettes Club met Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Claude Wilson. Special guest for the meeting was Miss Maude Weber County Martin, agent. She gave a demonstration on Thanksgiving and Christmas arrangements and centerpieces, using pine cones, barley, wheat and dried winter grasses. New officers were elected and the following will take office in January: President, Mrs. Walter Mintz; Vice President, Mrs. Phillip Jorgensen; Secretary, Mrs. Robert Withrow; Treasurer, Mrs. Henry Bensen, Historian, Mrs. Roger Allison; Publicity agent, Mrs. Wanda Gilmore. The next meeting will be the Christmas party and will be held Dec. 15, 7 p.m. at the home of the past president, Mrs. James Shannon, 3137 Polk Ave., Ogden.
