He was born Oct. 31, 1934 to Michael and Louisa DiCicco DeCaro in Trinidad, Colo. A member of the Salt Lake County Sheriffs he had attended Carbon County Department, schools. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, 82nd Airborne Division. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Salt Lake City. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Ross Eaquinto, Price; and three brothers, Albert, Carmel and Mario, all of Price. Holy Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at Mitchell Funeral Home.
