After allegedly failing to obey a traffic sign, a vehicle driven by Steven S. Polak reportedly entered the 100 East 400 South intersection and collided with a vehicle driven by Shelley S. Noyes, Polak was cited for driving under the influence of an intoxicant (DUI), driving on license suspensionrevocation, failure to stop at a stop sign (with an accident) and driving a vehicle on an expired registrationplates. 12:20 p.m. April 3. Attempting to pull into a parking stall at 60 West Main Street, a vehicle driven by Tony Kontgas purportedly jumped the curb, knocked over an old parking meter and collided into the front of Price Floral after the drivers foot slipped off the brake onto the acclerator. The vehicle reportedly cracked a window and knocked bricks loose in the building. Replacement and repair costs for the window and bricks were estimated at $700 and $300 respectively. No citations were issued at the scene of the mishap. 1 p.m. April 3. An eastbound vehicle driven by Mary Regina Sorensen allegedly collided into the rear of a vehicle driven by Brian John Allred while attempting to turn left from 100 North onto Carbon Avenue. According to the police report, Sorensen attempted to leave the scene but was pursued and stopped by Allred at 307 East 200 North. Sorensen was cited for leaving the scene of an accident in Lister; court-issue- warrant d (distributionarranging the distribution of a controlled substance) and motor vehicle theft; Drug Task Force and Price City PD; $2,000 bond and $5,000 bond. 9:20 a.m. April 3.
