Mrs. Lee, a past president of the Elks Ladies, has gained some recognition in previous reviews of this book and the repeat performance promises to be a most special entertainment locally. Adding significance to the evening, prior to the review at the Elks Lodge, Mrs. Lee and other past presidents of the unit will be special guests at a social and din ner at the Country Club. Mrs. Lee being the honored guest at that time. This dinner is for past presidents only. Following dinner that group will join other members of the Elks Ladies in Price for the review program which will begin Your PEP CLUB INITIATES at 8 oclock. Mrs. Reid Allred, Elks Ladies Women of the Moose will have a Halloween party at the Moose Home October 28 (tomorrow evening) at 8 oclock. The party fare will be pot luck. Pep Club Initiates New Members at A formal initiation tea for new Peppers of Carbon High School was held October 13 in the Price Fourth-Fift- h ward recreation hall. Guests and members were received and welcomed by these officers: Sandra Scartezina, president; Carol Reid, vice president; Pat Bosone, secretary; Jona Costello, treasurer; Katherine Nelson, historian; Mary Pizza and Barbara ings, rill; Mrs. Jeanette McAlpine, Miss Veronica Ileinlein and Miss Ellen Aageson. Grandma Gordon and Grandma Nelson, as they are fondly called by everyone, are both still very active. They do their own housework, quilt, crochet, and entertain a lot of company. Each year at deer season, Mrs. Gordon has 12 to 15 relatives and friends from California. This year all eight of her living children are together for the first time in many years.
