Thursday, September 29, 1960 UTAH Missionaries from Africa, Laos to Speak At Convention at Price Alliance Chapel Two missionaries, representing the countries of Upper Volta, Africa, and Laos in southeastern Asia, will speak at the annual missionary convention at the Price Chapel of the Christian and Missionary ministered to persons and people bound in superstitions and fears. Theobald of Hinkley the only person residing in the Provo district office area who began to receive his social security benefits in January, 1940, Kesler Powell, district manager of the Provo office, announced today. Mr. Theobald thus joins 5,487 other charter social security beneficiaries throughout the United States who also became eligible for benefits on that date. Mr. Powell explained that Mr. Theobald is the only person in the 14 counties of Central and Southern Utah including Beaver, Carbon, Emery, Garfield, Iron, Juab, ' Kane, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, and Sevier, Utah, Washington Wayne counties to have this distinction. There are still 28,500 who first became eligible for benefit payments in 11W0, he said.
