Six of the members were successful in downing deer Norman Day, Boyd Bunnell, Tony O'Berto, Bill Strang, Clarence Gordon and Robert Buchanan. Opening day of the season found 18 members of the club at the Delon Olsen ranch in Joes Val ley ready to pit their skill against the elusive buckskins. During the remainder of the season, members again hunted in the Joes Valley area and also on the Gentry Mountain, Skyline Drive and Gordon Creek as well as the area around Clear Creek where the fellows from that community made their kills. This coming Sunday, October 2, the members of the club and their families will be treated to a steak fry at the Delon OlsCn ranch.
