Sun-Advoca- Plant Last Saturday 15 members of the Wellington Bee Hive girls club made a visit to The printing plant and heard an explanation of newspaper production made by William Savage, plant foreman. Mr. Savage explained to the girls the various phases through which material goes before it comes out in the finished paper including mat casting, photo reproduction, typesetting and page make-u- p. Accompanying the girls were their leaders, Mrs. Wanda Peter-iso- n, The Welling-'to- n correspondent, and Mrs. Zel- pha Rich. Mr. Reed joined the Neville party at Mexican Hat in July of 1938 after the gioup had journeyed from Green River, Wyoming, on an expedition for the University of Michigan. Two women, botany aassistants at the university, accompanied the party in what proved to be the first successful river trip ever made by women.
