Show operetta, Margie Goes Modern and a frolicking minstrel. Cast members of the operetta are Nan Jardine, Charlotte Tidwell, Betty Lou Young, Rhea Larsen, Flora Snow, Vera Haskin, Meilene Burnett, Alice Griffeths, Margaret Jardine and a supporting chorus. In the minstrel show, the following boys will take leading parts: Obert Hill, Howard Pierce, Scott Simmons, Ernest Bruno, Dan Pierce, Dennis Bradshaw, Murray Shorts and Paul Naturale. A minstrel band will add to the affair. SCOFIELD STUDENTS GIVE PLAY School students of Scofield entertained with a play, Crazy Mix-u- p last Friday evening. The cast included Beulah Anderson, Lilly Mackey, Mildred Anderson, Melrose Parry, Billy Jerry Leek, David Robertson, Podb-vesek, Strang, Mary Jensen, Varonica Renna Merrill. During a short intermission Art Van Wagonen and James Wright entertained the audience with musical selections, and after the play, Principal W. S. Towbridge showod a scene of Hawaii on the new motion picture machine recently purchased by the school. B. 44, the controversial measure levying a graduated tax on chair stores operating 10 or more stores in Utah. B. 86, introduced by Representative Edward Scherer of Latuda, passed the house of representatives. It provides for securing payment of wages by operators of coal or metal mines. Representative B. L. Frandsen of Price won with his H. B. 93 when it passed the house. P. SLUSSER. CARD BOARD The ed Failure To Pay Note Charged In Complaint A complaint was filed with County Clerk Brigham H. Young this week by the Home Owners Loan corporation against Cyril B. Cluff and Vada M. Cluff, husband and wife, and Clara Howard Miller, and C. L. Madsen and Jane Madsen, husband and wife. The complaint charged that Mr. Cluff made and entered into a promissory note with the corporation and that Clara Miller bought the property covered by the note and agreed to pay the note. The complaint also charged that Mr. and Mrs. Madsen claim to have an interest in the property and that none of the interested persons have made any attempt to settle the note.
