D 1937, WHICH SAID ORDINANCE PROVIDED FOR THE CALLING OF A SPECIAL ELECTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF PRICE, CARBON COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH, THE QUESTION OF INCURRING CERTAIN BONDED INDEBTEDNESS IN THE AMOUNT OF $85,000.00.
