The election will be held November 28. Kiwanians voted at the meeting to dispense with their regular dinner on November 21 and attend the fathers and sons banquet to be sponsored by the Carbon Boy Scout district on November 22. Jewkes, district agricultural inspector, who reported that herds of this county retained their accredited rating. Out of a total of 976 cattle tested only three showed tuberculosis reactions. The tests, which were completed recently, were made by Mr. Jewkes and Dr. Sterling Nebeker, veterinarian representing the state department of agriculture. The work required two weeks. |
