WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: f 11, 1938 According to a report filed in my office Jan. 6, 1938, by the U. S. Public Health Service engineer, a survey of the Millerton Dairy milk plant was made November 10, 1937. The result of this survey is tabulated and a score is made, giving them a rating of 99 percent. A bacterial plate count of a sample of milk was also taken and made by the survey officer, which indicates a count of 9,000 bacteria per cubic centimeter. They have met the requirements, according to Carbon County Milk Ordinance, with reference to necessary equipment, sanitation, etc., and a permit for the production of A' grade raw milk has Y f f" been given them. Yours very truly, J. B. JEWKE?, Countj and Deputy State Dairy and Food Inspector.
