Mclntire presented and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION At this time word has WHEREAS: been brought to the city council of Price, a municipal corporation, of Carbon county, Utah, that certain interests within the state of Utah are sponsoring legislation wherein tfie coal industries of this area will be injured to an extreme extent and, WHEREAS: The coal industries of this state is a very important factor in the welfare of not only Carbon1 county but the entire state and, In the opinion of the WHEREAS: Price this industry of council city should be encouraged by the entire state and particularly the governments of the state. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the state of Utah, municipal corporation of Salt Lake City, Utah Coal Producers Association and any other firms or corprations which are vitally interested in the progress of industry of this state. The above motion, for the adoption of the resolution was seconded by Councilman Sheldon L.
