The legion firing squad will fire a volley of shots over the gravesites to conclude the program according to Lawrence Buckley, post service officer. Buckley said the annual display of crosses and American man or flags for each woman buried in the cemetery will be placed in the legion plot on Saturday of this week. He said if anyone is aware of a former serviceman or woman buried in the cemetery that the legion does not have a cross for, they should contact him. ce We think we have crosses and flags for each of the many people buried in Mountain View, but there is always the possibility that we may have missed someone. If so we would like to know, Buckley said. ce The American Legion service in the Helper cemetery will actually be the fourth and final 'Revelation' concert planned for tonight a band and group from Oral Revelation, singing Roberts University, tonight performing will be at the Assembly of God church in Price at 7 p.m. The church is located at 510 E. 100 S. Charles LaPenta, pastor of St. Anthonys Catholic Church in Helper, will say a Catholic Mass at Mountain View cemetery beginning at 10 a.m. The altar at the cemetery is located at the lower end of the burial grounds, just to the right of the entrance gate near the American Legion burial plot. Members of Helpers two n lodges, Stella D America, No. 77; and Sorelle, Stella D America, No. 31, plan the final formal memorial service planned for the day at the cemetery. This will take place immediately following the Catholic Mass at the lodge burial plots near the center of the cemetery. Frank Dalpiaz and Rose Vuksinick, presidents of the two fraternal lodges, urge all members to gather at the lodge plots at approximately 10:30 a.m. for the short service. Italian-America- Dalpiaz especially urged members of his lodge, the mens organization, to make an effort to be on hand as the lodge will use the occasion to formally dedicate a new monument marker. The monument was placed in the burial plot this week after members approved the purchase earlier this year. The lodge has had a burial plot at the cemetery with several former members buried there for over 50 years, according to Dalpiaz, but there has never been a center identifying monument until this time. LaPenta will participate in the dedication ceremony along with lodge members.
