ARTICLE IV The Board of Directors are authorized to confirm all appointments made to fill any vacancy in their number or that of any office of this Corporation made vacant by death, resignation or otherwise. It is proposed to amend the following Articles and Sections of the of said Corporation to read as ond and a Treasurer.
